Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 22php Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through a proxy or third party, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.
To create a 22php account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a chosen password. You agree to keep your registration information current and accurate at all times.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 22php may result in withdrawal suspension. 22php reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC documentation is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 22php login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 22php will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. All deposits to the 22php Platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya channels. 22php does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
Deposits are credited to your 22php balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Instant methods (GCash, Maya) typically credit within 60 seconds. Banking channels (BPI, BDO) may take 5 to 30 minutes during business hours. 22php is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 22php reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya, 1–3 business hours for BPI and BDO, and 10–30 minutes for USDT. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
22php is obligated to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that 22php reasonably suspects may constitute money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Deposits made without genuine gambling intent may be refused or reversed. 22php reserves the right to freeze account balances pending AML investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 22php are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Any attempt to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance games to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to abuse referral programs, or making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intent to wager — constitutes bonus abuse. 22php reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
All games available on the 22php Platform are governed by game-specific rules accessible from within each game. In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or connectivity disruption during an active game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules. 22php is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
The results of all certified random number generator (RNG) games are final. For live dealer games, the decision of the on-screen dealer is final. For sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant sporting body governs settlement. 22php reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match manipulation or pricing error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22php Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
22php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the account holder has breached these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is detected; the account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy; KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; or the account has been inactive for an extended period.
If your account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations. If your account is closed due to breach of Terms or fraudulent activity, 22php reserves the right to forfeit all balances.
All content on the 22php Platform, including but not limited to the 22php brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of 22php or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 22php content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
22php's total liability to any player in connection with any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 22php makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
22php is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through Account Settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
Players who choose to self-exclude from the 22php Platform are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts or accessing the Platform via alternative means. Any winnings accumulated during a self-exclusion period will be voided.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
